riff raff street rat

the next thing i love is aladdin. probably the greatest animated film of all time? it has every thing you could want: a street rat, a super hot babe, an old man with a beard, a cool little monkey, a hilarious genie voiced by the brilliant robin williams, and a magic flying carpet. another thing i liked about aladdin was that it actually had a scary ending....i say that because jafar turns into a snake...and snakes scare me to death.

the next thing i love equals lazy rivers! seriously after spending around 4 hours on one today i have come to the conclusion that the lazy river is in fact waaay better than real water slides. i hope that in the future lazy rivers are used as a means of transportation...like instead of walking. when that day comes i will be a happy man.

Last night between the hours of 1o'clock and 3o'clock i was on the old internet talking to my friend Lauren Shamblin and we had a 45 minutes conversation about one of my favorite things. This conversation inspired me to start a new series of blog about things that i love. so for the first installment. SHOES. and not just any shoes. Asics Onitsukas. No joke anytime i see these shoes i fall in love with them. As of right now i have four pairs, but the number is bound to increase. anytime i see them at stores their beauty and majesty just jump out and attack me....in a strange metaphoric way that words can't describe. its pretty intense.

broken heart story

so, some of you may know this already but on wednesday karen and i broke up. we had been dating for over a year so its pretty crazy now that its over. i saw it coming, with the whole going to college and moving to austin thing, and had time to prepare myself for the breakup. so i have been able to take the whole thing well. another thing that has made the breakup go a lot easier is one of the finest traditions ever created by man. the tradition i speak of is called break up presents, it was invented...well whenever ross and lauren gentry broke up. the tradition consists of the two friends who aren't dealing with either a. breaking up with a girl or b. getting broken up with buy the friend who's relationship has just ended gifts. now originally the gifts where bad joke gifts, but slowly the gifts have gotten better and better. and ill be honest with you, i think i raked in the best presents in tradition history. first i got a notorious b.i.g. poster, and for those of you who dont know i do love me some biggie smalls. and then! i got a really awesome belt buckle that looks like han solo's blaster pistol. basically what im telling you is that good friends can really help you through rough times.

my heb

sooooo some of my friends make movies. and they made some commercials for this heb contest and one of their entries won. and now its on tv for everyone to see and they got a free car. so if you see an heb commercial with a puppy and a skinny guy in a green shirt(he is the one in the drivers seat of the car(he is also the lead singer of the band driver f)). i know him! pretty cool stuff. if you want to see the commercial or some of their other movies than go here. i highly recommend the stalker if you get a chance.

wednesday my family and i are departed from texas and heading off to a fun family vacation in san fransisco. i know what you are all thinking "but proc you just got back from arkanasas and then austin before that" and well...its true. i have been traveling WAY too much. but it happens sometimes and you just gotta deal with it. no but seriously. this time i really am gonna post some blogs while i'm gone. i'm fairly certain that there is more wifi in san fran than there was in helena ark. farewell for now blog friends. i will see you soon(monday)

As of lately my car has been the target of some birds....dozens and dozens of birds. i wont go into detail about what it is that the birds are doing but you can probably use your imagination. Needless to say i needed a car wash. And i was very glad to fill this need. Beacause i love car washes. I dont typically keep a clean car, so thats not the reason for my love. I really like going into the drive in car washes and turn up the music real loud. The car washes make me feel isolated, almost like im in my own clean car world.

alright ladies and gentlemen today i went shopping with my good friend Ross Harrison and amidst our shopping frenzy one of my God given gifts shown through and proved to be very very handy. This gift is one that i think i may have learned from my mother, and my mother from her mother. This gift is the gift of thriftiness. To my left you can see an outfit. I bought everything except for the t-shirt. Now lets look at my shopping stats for the day.

Which means i should have paid $154.79 but i only paid $23.97. That is a grand total of $130.82.
